Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the purpose of these conditions 'Customer' shall refer to the customer or their Agent, whichever is the principal, and Watford Association Football Club Ltd shall be referred to as the 'Company'. These conditions shall apply to all transactions associated with the Companies marketing function unless specifically covered by a separate contract. No contract shall be made unless specifically covered by a separate contract. No contract shall be made unless the Company has accepted an order placed by the Customer. Any other conditions proposed by the customer shall be void unless agreed in writing by the Company.
VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices quoted exclude VAT. The Company reserves the right to add the amount of any VAT payable whether or not included on the quotation or invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is payable in full within 7 days of invoice date and according to terms of the invoice prior to the start of the season unless alternative payment terms are agreed with the club. If payment is not received within 14 days of invoice date the Company reserves the right to cancel the agreement and resell the product/service. If a booking is made within 7 days of the event being held then payment is required at the time of booking and on all occasions must be made prior to the event.
CANCELLATION
If the Customer cancels less than 4 weeks before the game or the time of delivery of services then the cost will be non-refundable. If the Customer cancels more that 4 weeks before the game/delivery of services the cost will be refunded if the Company can resell the product/services. The Company will use the best endeavours to do so.
CUSTOMER'S SUPPLIED MATERIALS
The Company may reject any material supplied by the Customer which appears to be unsuitable for reproduction.
FOOD/BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS
All food/beverage requirements to be forwarded to the Sales Department no later than 10 days prior to the event.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall be under no liability if it shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond it's control including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, Legislation, War, Fire, Drought, Failure of power supply, Lock-out, Strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation of furtherance of a dispute or owing to any inability to produce materials for performance of the Contract.
WATFORD ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO POSTPONE OR AMEND ANY FIXTURES AT VICARAGE ROAD.
